We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

Appointments

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email and a staff member will respond to your request within one business day. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.

Financial/Insurance

We are proud to now offer an exlusive, in-house insurance plan for our patients not covered under a traditional dental plan.  The Cordera Platinum Insurance plan features no annual maximum, no deductibles, and other valuable discounts for as low as $175/year.  Please call our office for details!

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your dental benefits. We are in network with most major PPO plans and will submit to all insurance carriers. Each patient is given a copy of their "treatment plan" and estimated costs associated with it.  We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, our office works with CareCredit which offers up to 18 month interest fee financing. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice.  This notice gives opportunity for us to fill the opening in our schedule.  Without this notice, we are typically not able to accommodate other patients who may have wanted the same appointment time. A fee may be charged for broken appointments without sufficient notice.
